Atlassian
Senior Software Engineer | July 2025 - Current
- Technical Lead for a 3-engineer growth engineering workstream; led the technical design of a multi-channel activation roadmap that drove company-level AI MAU and L2 activation OKRs via high-velocity A/B testing.
- Standardized the integration of product surfaces with messaging and experimentation infrastructure; consolidated audiences, triggers, message fatigue, and templates into a reusable pattern that lowered the engineering floor for all subsequent growth experiments.
- Led the end-to-end implementation of the initial 3P admin activation email in 4 weeks; extended this technical pattern to multiple follow-up campaigns, providing the organization with a repeatable playbook for 3P experiments.
- Reduced operational risk by implementing automated launch checklists and comprehensive runbooks; mentored junior engineers and leveraged experiment data to pivot stakeholders from low-ROI projects toward high-leverage scalable solutions.
Google
Software Engineer III | February 2021 - April 2025
- Designed, implemented, and launched a generative AI self-service agent for Google Ads customers with malicious software, resulting in a 30+% click-through rate, significantly improving customer satisfaction and reducing operational costs.
- Spearheaded a cross-team migration of a high-throughput (1000+ QPS) chat conversation service used by support agents, achieving a 66% reduction in binary release times and a 40% decrease in on-call incidents. The project's success served as a migration blueprint, informing best practices for multiple product teams and improving overall engineering efficiency.
- Developed a custom Dart lint (one of only 11 engineers at Google to do so) to proactively detect memory leak-prone code within the Google Dart codebase. Successfully resolved 473 pre-existing violations to enable the lint, enhancing code quality and preventing potential performance regressions across the entire Dart ecosystem.
- Developed Angular Dart chat UI components that contributed to a multi-chat architecture which enables agents to manage real-time multi-chat scenarios to expedite resolution times. Resolved 70% of critical accessibility issues, significantly improving the user experience for all users and delegated remaining work to a team of 2.
VMware
Member of Technical Staff III | January 2020 - February 2021
- Designed, developed, and documented key client-side architecture initiatives for VMware NSX-T, resulting in consistent UI patterns across the anomaly detection product.
- Spearheaded the accessibility effort for the Highline release, achieving a 34% reduction in accessibility violations and improved accessibility scores across the platform. This involved conducting accessibility audits and training team members on accessibility best practices.
Thrive Market
Software Engineer, Mid Level | May 2019 - January 2020
- Designed and developed key e-commerce features, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Demonstrated by a sidebar cart that increased cart conversion by 6% and ultimately was adopted.
- Developed a library of reusable and highly extensible UI components using React for team-wide use. The library accelerated feature development and ensured consistent UI across the e-commerce platform.
Wayfair
Engineer I | January 2018 - January 2019
- Contributed to the development of a custom Node.js service for React.js server-side rendering, specifically instrumenting performance based monitoring tools within the service to identify problematic component trees in the module loading process which led to faster page loads for customers.
- Rolled out Husky (Git hook) to enforce quality checks across all storefront UI developers that in turn resulted in more stable code across the frontend codebase.
